Each Day I Pray
that things will Go my Way.

My Voice Blocked
and I have no Say.

I put them all
in my way.

Each Day I Pray
I will have a say.

Breathing in and Out
come what May.

Sitting in the dark
ignoring the spark
looking for a new way
to say what needs said.

Each Day I Pray
I will find a way.

Sitting on the river bank,
looking back at all whom
I could never thank.

My heart is heavy,
my legs are weak.

I am trapped
in their illusion of defeat.

Each Day I Pray
things will Go my Way.

The dawn rises up
and again I forget how to play.

I sit awake not able to see
who it was I always wanted to be.

Each Day I Pray
I will have a say.

The Path laid out
come what may.

On this grassy knoll
alone with spirit I lay.

Each Day I Pray
I will remember how to play,
I will stand in Truth and have my say.

Each Day I Pray
I will clearly know the illuminated way,
and be brave enough to walk it no matter what they say.

I will create each and every new day.
For the Naysayers Come what may.

Each and Ever Day I Pray
that you too will remember
there is no one right way.

I pray you will remember how to Play,
and that you, in your Life, will have EVERY SAY.
