It does not matter what you Take in, it matters what you put out. So you wake up and instead of worry, or what am I doing today, or who will do what, or all the things one assumes, projects and creates in their mind, instead we simply project love and excitement. 

Even if others around us don’t understand your joy, project negative energy, or you read anything at all from their energy field that you know or assume. Ignore it and PROJECT love, joy, upbeat positive words. 

Think Good things about you. And regardless of what you “read” in others energy, state your positive words to the best of your ability in that particular situation, household, or around particular people. Oh heck ALL THE TIME, just project joy, and faith and positive no matter who you are around or where you are. ALL THE TIME. They think, say, feel, project as they will, IGNORE their projected energy and beam yours.
