Today I had a thought, I started to put a story to the thought. I felt Sadness come in and I started to get really down. And I remembered, Hey I can CHOOSE to NOT have that THOUGHT, so I stopped thinking that thought and the Sadness, the pending doom and deep grief, immediately went away. Just Like that. ~
I constantly remind myself, hey does it feel good to think that thought, if not then don’t. Think of something Else. I really do get to choose what I think. And what I think creates what I feel, creates Emotion and Creates my Reality.
