It is Such a Relief to Be Living a Life on the Other Side of “the Make”.

Once you get past the bulk of childhood abuse and traumas, and move into allowing your authentic self without needing the approval of lovers, society, lusters, bosses, parents, kids, abusers, narcissist, ego addicts or anyone or anything, you begin to breathe so much easier. 

For many it happens with age, however if you don’t face your shadow over and over, layer after layer and know your true self through the fog of other people’s version of you or the need for their validation and approval, you will not get to that breathing easier place even as you age. 

Body shaming or yourself is a clear sign that you are looking through the lens of childhood abuse, most likely sexual abuse, where wanting your body is how you knew they loved you. All abuse and grooming traps that we carry as programs and believe to be love. And become addicted to that love and validation as it also brings with it fear of telling the truth of what is really happening so we gaslight and lie, even to ourselves, to please the proverbial “other”. 

Also wanting to work out, guilt of what you eat, hating parts of your body, oddly that you don’t hate those same things in others. This is trapped trauma, abuse, and is shown by every trigger, every fear, every shadow that comes up to be seen, loved and validated. You have to be honest about it to release it. You don’t have to analyze it or “fix it”. We are in New Earth now, however, you have to validate yourself. Look at it, feel the shame, pain and void and let it wash over you. 

When it came up, I would often use the tool of visualizing a muddy yucky river and just let it flow until it flowed clear, without judging, putting a story to the thoughts or trying to stick up for the bad guys or even figure out who they were. Just letting the toxins, debris, yuck, pain, shame, guilt, judgement, fear, and all that was not really mine, simply flow away.

I find comfort in the phrase that yes a bird can land on your doorstep but you don’t have to let it build a nest. You don’t have to keep feeding the same story, the same thoughts. The minute you change your thought to something you prefer and feels good, you change your frequency and you thereby change everything in your life, including your physical reality, your timeline.

That you need strangers everywhere

To look at you in a way of wanting you

Even if you don’t want them.

You not only crave that kind of attention

You have literally anchored your whole

Life in the need of it and seeking it.

If you Truly want to live the Life You Really 

Crave and that is Truly Authentically You.

Constantly seeking attention from others that have even a hint of wanting you sexually, is addictive. It is a way to avoid looking within, sitting in the void, feeling the pain of yesteryear and allowing the toxic release of the old traumas. To rewire a new timeline and draw to you the peaceful, contend, calming, magical life you truly crave at your core, you must in THIS NOW over and over and feel. Don’t reach for the phone, the dating app, the stranger you met at the store.. Those are sources to feed your addiction for a constant flow of validation and attention from those who you feel may want you sexually. 

As you were taught, through abuse that the only validation you, the only value and worth you are, is if someone wants you sexually. And a constant flow of new ones is needed, as the attention that turns to real love, you must avoid as that is not the surface constant high you seek. In this you are forever in highs and lows of emotional rawness and faking happiness. A constant flow of attention and teasing and leaving, gives you your fix. It is a Choice, once you know you are doing it. 

Let the EGO Crave and Want, ignore it and Stop Hurting yourself because they hurt you. Stop abusing yourself because they abused you. Stop depriving yourself of being who you truly want and crave to be, because your Ego is addicted to empty validation from broken, toxic, using, abusing strangers. 

To break this spell, you have to be in this now. THIS NOW. Then THIS Now. And feel your void, feel that pain of not being wanted.

This has been going on for an extremely long time - since February 4th in fact - as she was thrust into the fire, then pulled back into Pisces (to drown during a messy eclipse/retrograde) and then pushed back into the fire to fight her way through the flames …until… today.

This has tested us all. Not only is Venus in her detriment in Aries - she had to contend with challenging run ins to Saturn (heavy restrictions, reality checks, delays and lack of softness) as well as Neptune (confusion) and chiron (wounds.)

The Elohim collective and Guardian alliance have contacted me with some very exciting news and updates for this season of earth unfolding planetary ascension process.  

You may be feeling a lot of inflammation in your bodies.  This is partially due to the extreme solar flares and galactic upgrades to assist in the crystalline recalibration of your vessel as it changes from carbon to crystalline.  The inflammation is a big concern for many at this time. The guides say it helps to drink bone broth, collagen, coconut water and juices to assist as you process your new energies now. 

The guardian alliance has informed me that new changes are shifting all over the planet.  This can appear to be chaotic.  Many are disrupted from their every day lives .  Being “tossed around” in the cosmic energies of the major planetary shifting as well as global transformations while dark and light forces continue to battle for the grids. 

I am guided also that your family members and loved ones on the other sode are gathering in the portals to assist in some very high level summer solstice connections during this season.  In a sense what they mean, is that you will be experiencing a family reunion of sorts in the energetic world.  Pay attention to dreams, signs and synchronicities during the season as they have coded messages for you.  If you are receptive.

You see it is not the physical heart in which heaven is found. It is instead the sweet symphony of love that plays upon your heart strings when you allow the love of who you are, the brilliant and resplendent ever flowing life force of the One who created you, to sing the love song of creation upon your heart, a harmonic of great beauty and light.

Oh the truth is revealing! The truth is unsealing! The song of creation is the golden fabric of the multiple multiverses singing upon your DNA!

The Creator’s name is a harmonic, a bridge to all worlds, a song which takes you wherever your heart desires aligned to your free will with the melody that plays upon your heart strings and DNA.

So you see the truth is we have been forever free in the DNA codes designed from antiquity as the Creator’s name was always meant to sing in a precise harmonic resonance with the frequency of our God given name encoded in a genetic energy. 

In this harmonious coherence the keys to the kingdom are granted in the frequency of gold, for this is a story that was given to humanity in the stars as it was told.

In the alphabet each letter is given a frequency that corresponds to a number, a name, a harmonic that plays upon the code written upon our DNA.

This is why there are no accidents as all is in synchronous alignment to the Son, a radiance of Christ coded in a perfected order ensuring the light has always won.

You see now the truth is coded in your DNA, a code that will wash all the darkness and ego away in order that you may live once again in the path of the heart’s anointed way.

We continue embodying the Illumined energies incessantly descending upon our planet.

Energies that are helping us in this major individual and planetary transformation that we are undergoing, and will completely transform us into lovelight beings, preparing for a new planetary opening in 2027, never experienced before.

Energies that will increase as we reach the Wisdom 88 Passage, the peak of the monadic integration process and Heart activation, many of you initiated last year. At this time, we may find ourselves mentally confused at times, and also emotionally exhausted as we embrace our new selves and build our new lives. It is a sign that we are letting go, opening our hearts to the new harmonic frequencies and adjusting to them and our new state of being.

This is why now resting, rejuvenating, disconnecting from all that manipulates our energy, and stabilizing are so important, as even though we may think the resting phases are non-active ones, these are the most important to heal, integrate, and regenerate, so we can continue moving forward energetically and at all levels.

Going out, if possible for us, communing with the central sun, to consciously embody the solar energies and direct them towards our unique purpose, is pivotal at this time. Hydrating our bodies, which is not just about drinking pure water, as what hydrates them is, for example, electrolytes, is also essential. Do not put your body at risk, especially if it feels drained at the moment.

Self-love and care are of utmost importance during this time of deep expansion and integration, as the current energies of June remind us.

Remember as well the importance of not sleeping near phones or Wi-Fi waves. I even disconnect the internet router at night and put my phone off on the first floor, as far away as possible from where I sleep. However, not for everyone will be possible, and then wearing special stones as organites, black obsidian, and always doing our special clearing and protective tools will help us in detoxifying from electronic devices, etc.

The 6/6 passage, as Guides always reiterate, is not a special day, as every day is unique and holds a precious gift. It is the peak of all we are now experiencing and what is yet to be stabilized in ourselves and the present reality. Nothing from the outside comes to activate us, as nothing benevolent will interfere, even benevolently. All that shifts within us is due to our conscious inner work of healing, clearing, and reconnecting to who we are.

Taking responsibility for our personal evolution is essential to stop feeding outside forces. Ascension starts by taking charge of our energy and life lessons. Otherwise, we continue mentalizing ascension while we keep living in the old ways. Everything we think, feel, and do must match our desire to evolve and a new frequency, if we desire to truly move into a new level of consciousness, creating a life that is aligned with who we are now.

This is a time of profound angelic reconnection for many, expanding Heart and opening yourselves to the sixth-dimensional God Worlds, where many of you come from. To reconnect to this dimension, first, we need to activate our 6th DNA strand and sixth-dimensional body channels.

Many of you, as Indigo emissaries, have had inserts in your sixth-dimensional portals, impeding you from fully reconnecting to this dimension. Some of you even receive false light language, which ceases when this false connection is cut and restored, reconnecting to your authentic angelic worlds.

This is an important passage and year for us to transform ourselves completely, ending all false connections, and the long self-reconnection phase many of you initiated last year, and that has not always been easy, as it often involves losing ourselves in the shadows, so we can see what we needs to be shifted, and who we are becoming, emerging renewed as the phoenix does.

It is a passage for conscious reconnection, stabilization, and recalibration of our light bodies, but also in our relationships and lives. Many of you are already activated spiritually speaking, something that occurs when we open our thymus-soul portal, and move into these soul dimensions, continuing with the reconnection of our shoulder blades channels.

This is the beginning of being spiritually reconnected. Some of you are already experiencing this process in your relationships, a process that involves both partners to fully activate together their sixth, seventh, and eighth-dimensional light body channels, merging as One, and activating the unique star/DNA coding that links them again at all levels.

This is also an important passage for those who need to discern about their current partnerships, as being attached in any way to others due to familiarity or other issues, which are too important for us emotionally, will only keep us in a lower frequency band. One that cannot coexist with the soul call we are now receiving, to move forward in a new direction.

All changes take time, deep communion with our soul, resilience to recognize where we are, what is shifting, accepting, and surrendering to it. Then, when we feel emotionally prepared, we take a leap of faith and immerse ourselves in our new destination.

Give yourself time as you move into a new state of being, as you create a new life, with totally new foundations, soul companions, and different ways of being.
